Located in the beautiful Boca Raton, Florida, Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is an NCAA Divison 1 program that competes in the competitive American Athletic Conference. With over 25,000 students and 19 Division 1 athletic programs, FAU is consistently recognized in the ‘Top Public Schools’ and offers 170 different academic programs.
The men’s soccer team has access to state-of-the-art facilities including the Schmidt Family Complex, a $16 million facility built in 2021 that serves as both an academic and athletic centre for student-athletes. The soccer complex is used for training and games and has hosted MLS and national teams, such as Team USA.
Right by the beach, and less than 50 miles from downtown Miami, the sub-tropical climate makes it an attractive place to live and study.
